Pros
Brightline is truly the perfect balance between a high-growth startup and a great place to work. Really confident in the success of this company. I've never experienced so much transparency from leadership (they explain and are open about new funding, mistakes made, the Whys behind things) in a company before. There is also so much empathy from others. There are lots of parents here and people really care about each other -- there is a ton of understanding that we are all people who have lives and our job comes second.
Cons
Racial and ethnic diversity could be improved, but I understand that trying to scale and hire as much as possible can be at odds with waiting for a diversity hire. Would love 401k match but that's not super typical for a startup this size.
