Pros

I feel like everyone there is truly focused on delivering a wonderful experience for families. There's a lot of flexibility and a high performing culture. Strong benefits (especially for early stage)

Cons

It's a fast paced company so lots of growth but also can be intense.

Pros

- Team dreams big but is incredibly pragmatic and action-oriented. This is a team of individuals that have a track record of delivering and executing. This is a challenging industry, and the team consistently rallies and gets things done. - Inspiring leadership that brings everyone along. - Strong sense of team camaraderie. It's a tight-knit group that feels like family; you always know that others have your back (and you have theirs). - Transparent culture and does not shy away from difficult topics and conversations. - Culture is very warm, empathetic, and the people are very real. Yes, there's a lot of work to do. But the team pauses to celebrate successes, reflect on learnings, and recognize and accommodate people's lives outside of work. - Great amount of autonomy. The company is small, so everyone wears multiple hats. Management trusts the judgement of the team to make decisions.

Cons

- Everyone on the team sets a high bar and is constantly raising it, so you need to be at the top of your game. - Like any startup, we're learning and adapting as we go, so things do change and responsibilities shift.
