Pros

The work is deeply rewarding, especially partnering with the state of California to provide free behavioral health coaching to children in need. The mission creates a strong sense of purpose, and it feels good to know the work has a direct, positive impact on families.

Cons

At times, teams can feel stretched thin. Having larger or more resourced teams would help balance workloads and provide stronger support for both staff and the communities we serve.

Cons

Maybe navigating procedure changes once in a while. But honestly not that bad either. Hard to find cons
