Pros

Strong leadership team and lots of professionals throughout the company who collaborate well, with low ego/high humility and innovate regularly to meet the needs of children, families and caregivers who are looking for pediatric mental health support.

Cons

Lean staff, limited technical support staff, maybe a little top-heavy in the org structure. May not be much upward mobility. No bonuses or 401k match, but stock options with multi-year vesting (still privately held).

Pros

Evidence based approach with good outcomes for patients, Clinical teams and admin support teams are collaborative, patients receive excellent assessments and care, Feedback is supportive and constructive, Onboarding is organized and scale of patients reasonable.

Cons

Like most mental health companies be prepared for changes-this can be good as opportunity for contribution but may not be good if you are not a good candidate for change
