False marketing as diverse/inclusive, pattern of devaluing the feedback of people of color in the office, hiring team coercion asking employees to flood glassdoor with positive reviews to bury negative feedback, persistent discrepancies and coercion in labor/roles/compensation, concealed cuts to benefits under the guise of "HR platform errors", excessive management structure preventing workflow autonomy, prioritizes care operations staff over the revenue earning clinicians, inhibits documentation of HR concerns, squeezes every drop of billable time from clinicians without time for notes/reporting, and white women mean girl management team that collaborates with HR to protect themselves from credible concerns. I could go on.

Layoffs - They recently downsized in the therapy department. Whispers that the coaching department is in shambles. Coaches running for the hills. Some staff have no idea what’s going on half the time. Don’t think this place will be around in 2/3 years. Head of departments are also jumping ship. RED FLAG!
