Pros

Brightside lives their values in every interaction. In my experience with employees from the top to the bottom, I have only felt encouraged, supported, and valued. The work life balance is great and they understand that caring for their employees first is how the successfully care for the end user. For a fully remote company Brightside feels incredibly close. They are transparent and inclusive about goals and next steps. Leadership is supportive of your individual career goals and makes it a point to support your growth within the company. I lucked out with getting brought on by this company and I would (and do) recommend it to anyone who has a passion for people and desire to make a positive impact in real folks lives. Also- woah, the health benefits changed my life.

Cons

It is still a start up, so you have to weigh those risks for yourself. But it’s a startup with drive and experience.
