Pros

I’ve only been with BSH for a month but everyone I’ve met has been so wonderful and welcoming. It’s evident that the company cares about their employees and their customers. The benefits package is phenomenal and unlimited PTO is awesome. They have a number of ERGs and a plethora of resources to get to know the company.

Cons

Adjusting from an intense, in-office job has been a bit tough because being fully remote means you don’t get automatic “in person” time. But I was excited to go back to fully remote and everyone is readily accessible on slack.
