Pros

Brightside has a really strong team culture. The people here are smart, kind, and genuinely collaborative. It’s easy to ask for help, share ideas, and work across teams without a lot of ego getting in the way. Leadership is transparent and open to feedback. There’s an understanding that we’re all building and learning, and when something isn’t working, the focus is usually on fixing the system rather than blaming. The remote flexibility is another big plus. Lots of trust, and everyone is working collectively towards a bigger goal.

Cons

Things can move quickly, and priorities sometimes shift as the company adapts.

Pros

I’ve loved being able to see my work come to fruition quickly, collaborate with passionate and mission-driven coworkers, and contribute on a macro-level impact scale, especially expanding access to higher-acuity, evidence-based care. I feel empowered to take on more when bandwidth allows and I’ve had meaningful opportunities to grow across a wide range of skill sets.

Brightside keeps the Lion's Share of the no-show fees Intakes are 30 minutes and compensated at $55 The platform is more and more buggy
