      Pros

      The culture in phenomenal. Everyone works together to further our mission - delivering life-changing care to people with depression and anxiety! Our CEO and leadership team make you feel truly valued and appreciated and the work you do never goes unnoticed. Unlimited PTO, flexible work schedule, company equity, hardware and tools of your choice, 100% remote environment and platinum healthcare/dental/vision coverage. Being in the Talent industry there's nothing that compares to the work/life balance that Brightside offers and the leadership to employee trust is unmatched!

      Cons

      None that I can think of other than not being able to see my amazing co workers on a daily basis. Hopefully post-pandemic we're able to get together for company events!

      Pros

      I have worked in many mental health companies and there is nothing like Brightside. The platform is evidence-based; they REALLY care about their clients needs, and they are very ethical in their practice. The CEO is the most supportive and connected executive I have worked with. Everyone on the team is genuinely happy to be here. Turnover is slim to none. Rather than this company just being a "company", they have so much heart and passion for the mental health community and that is always their priority. It's remote, you can make whatever schedule you want, and there is no micromanaging.

      The team is amazing! Everyone is willing to help at any time and the company culture is the so kind and caring.

      Cons

      Workload and expectations are high however it's never too much to handle.
