      Pros

      Leadership listens to its employees and clinicians. They care about providing a quality service and are passionate about increasing access to mental health nationwide. As a corporate employee, you are trusted and taken care of. They understand balance is important and ask that you have that in your life so when you are work, you're able to provide your best work. It's amazing.

      Cons

      There are always kinks with fast-growing organizations and I've worked for a few but I can honestly say Brightside is handling their growth intuitively. It's actually more of a privilege to be able to work through the growing pains at Brightside!

      The whole team is super smart. We work on something that literally changes people's lives. High standards in engineering. Flexible enough to work when and where you work best.

      Cons

      If you don't like working at high growth startups, then this might not be the one for you.
