Very unorganized..can be shuffled between depts and schedules can change a moments notice

Work Life balance is great

Cons

Leaders too busy fighting to make name for themselves in new company, causing everyone to work in Silos. Strict hierarchy in terms of information sharing leading to inefficiency and loss or productivity.
