The IT department is run by rude, arrogant, unscrupulous people who came from elsewhere, and I am abused in my own native country because people have moved in massive numbers and completely taken over. This is despicable.

I have never worked in such a toxic environment. Managers publicly applaud themselves on being empowering, etc. but were the most unprofessional horrible people I have ever encountered and HR is useless. This is the status quo here. Horrible people patting themselves on the back for a job terribly done. This company operates like a chicken with its head cut off. I literally needed therapy from working for this company. If you can, work literally anywhere else
