Pros

employee benefits were very good.

Cons

toxic culture, mismanagement, executives have no direction and breach inclusivity but have no diversity, a lot of management staff (particularly the ones who came from USCellular) are not equipped or knowledgeable.

Pros

It is a startup with a customer base that is 40 years old. It is exciting to work on projects that make real impact to bottom line. Work from home is always a plus. Many amazing coworkers that are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Folks are promoted to manager because of past relationships or they do well in current positions. Many have little to no management experience which causes issues setting up new organizations. We need some managers that have years of experience managing people successfully.
