      Pros

      Workload ebbs and flows but overall very good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Management team in my department is not empowered to make decisions and it leaves a lot of gaps and inefficiencies. Very little emphasis on individual career growth, incentives, and/or opportunities within the company.

      Pros

      employee benefits were very good.

      Cons

      toxic culture, mismanagement, executives have no direction and breach inclusivity but have no diversity, a lot of management staff (particularly the ones who came from USCellular) are not equipped or knowledgeable.
