      Pros

      Three 30-minute interviews. No games, and they focus more on culture for than having exactly the perfect qualifications. If you are up for a challenge in the work you do and generally meet the qualifications, you'll be well on your way.

      Cons

      Background check company could be better. Consider another vendor. I think this one isn't providing quality work. Expect check to take 1-2 weeks and keep this in mind if you need to give notice to a previous employer.
