      Pros

      The interview process at Brightspeed was positive, transparent and seamless. Upon the initial screening interview, subsequent interviews were scheduled promptly and feedback provided by the interviewers during the meetings. Overall very positive experience.

      Cons

      There were no cons with the interview experience.

      Work from home Not micromanaging Overall decent job with decent benefits Had great people to work with.

      Cons

      Laid off and jobs given to overseas No real direction or option to promote or grow within the company. Metrics scoring goes by your individual and overall business performance to be able to get a raise.

      Pros

      Brightspeed is diverse in its employees, its thinking, and its strategies. There are a lot of companies that claim to have high performing teams, but Brightspeed really does! I feel it has an exceptional culture that fosters collaboration.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced environment. If you are afraid of hard work than this isn't the company for you. If you thrive in a culture where everyone is driven to succeed, you will love it here.
