      Pros

      Working from home with Brightspeed is great. They give you the tools needed to be productive from home. I enjoy the people I work with and the benefits policies are largely very generous.

      Cons

      Some issues getting set up with IT, hard time keeping work consistent given constant changes

      Pros

      This is a start-up company but with smart, personable and seasoned people in leadership positions that are great leaders. At a year with the company, I find all teams collaborate well, are smart, not afraid to take risks and know how to have fun. This is a great company to work due to the great culture and all employees have a strong work ethic. You feel like you are making a difference.

      Cons

      As a start-up, Brightspeed is building processes and growing but again the strong leadership is instrumental in helping teams overcome growing pains.

      Pros

      After several years of taking time off to support my family, I am re-entering the workforce. I was impressed with the efficiency of the hiring process. More importantly I was treated with respect and welcomed into Brightspeed as not just an employee, but as a person as well. I worked at my previous employer for many years, where I built lasting relationships with colleagues. In the short time I've been at Brightspeed, I can tell the same will happen here!

      Cons

      None so far and I do not anticipate anything significant.
