Pros

The work environment has is perfect. The people on every level are amazing. No one has an ego and you feel like you can speak to anyone. Work life balance is absolutely phenomenal. I have been here for a year now and I can still say I love my job without the normal honeymoon phase going away.

Cons

There are no cons at this time. Come in with the right mindset to handle your responsibilities for whatever role you are selected for, and work should be amazing as long as you are dedicated to reaching your goals.
