      The BrightView Way.

      Pros

      Knowledgeable co-workers willing to train you. Associates are friendly to residents and residents are nice people willing to share stories about themselves

      Cons

      Pay is sinfully low. "Associates" find it impossible to feed a family, pay bills and send children to college on the wages paid. Actually felt like a slave in a labor camp.

      I don't have any best reasons to work there. The buildings are pretty and they provide the same services as every other ALF does

      Cons

      Unprofessional childish Management. a totally profit driven company with a need to keep their image young and 'vibrant'. That means they don't like employees over 50. They talk a good game, but...the pudding stinks

      The Residents The Residents The Residents are what I miss most. Lots of Life Experiences. Was always amazed by their detail in storytelling

      The non Communication and support. The lies (overselling) was to much to deal with. When your boss wants to show your staff SAUSAGE PARTY you know things are not good
