      Location, benefits, staff, residents and building atmosphere.

      Executive Directors are in a position to treat anyone any way they want regardless if it breaks laws and policies.

      The coworkers "in the trenches" with you are amazing, direct supervisors are easy to talk to, the buildings are beautiful, the health benefits are good, good work/life balance, easy to make your schedule

      Cons

      Low pay, unreasonable demands from 'home office', more concern on looks than resident care, ZERO support and backup from the higher ups--expect to be thrown under a bus if a family member or resident has a complaint.

      The supervisor does not practice confidentiality. Management is not professional at all! Pay is horrible!! Staff is horrible!!
