`1) I was paid far below the market average for my type of work. I brought this up to my management team multiple times, along with the research, and nothing was done to address it. I only took the job because I needed something at the time and even my abysmal rate was negotiated up from the original offer. 2) I was forced to work in the office when the entire company was remote with the exception of low performers or people who wanted to work on-site. 3) I was told at the time of hiring that I was being brought on for my extensive experience, innovation, and passion for driving change. Whenever I suggested a process change or any other sort of change I was met with "Well this is just the way we do it." 4) My boss worked when she was sick which gave an atmosphere of expectation for me to also work when I was sick 5) My boss and I were the only two people in the company who knew our job role. This meant that if one of us was on vacation the other couldn't call out sick. I recommended MANY times that someone be trained on the bare bones of our role so that we had some sort of support but this never happened. My boss had to cancel PTO when I had a terrible flu. 6) The benefits were abysmal. To have comprehensive coverage health insurance for myself and my two children, I would have been paying over $500 a paycheck.

When I needed help, no one was around.
