Pros

Once you write a client you don't have to deal with them any further.

Cons

You don't build a client relationship so there is no loyalty to you its all down to the lowest price.

Pros

Prior to the acquisition, there was real opportunity for growth.

Cons

Too many to write. Stay far away from this company. The new leadership is clueless and only cares about adding Agency owners and policies to flip the company to someone else. They have no idea what they're doing and they treat the ADC team poorly. No job objectives or KPIs to be measured for 2 years now.

Pros

The biggest pro is for sure the dress code. Allowing employees to be comfortable and wear jeans is awesome. The new renovated space is great too. Management is always providing feedback on your performance and work, the good and bad. There are also alot of different schedule options which is nice. The tuition assistance program is great, no many places offer that.

Cons

The biggest con has always been being understaffed. You are required to do over time and are seriously overworked. The turnover rate is high. Just in the two years I’ve been here, I’ve had five different managers. Another smaller con is not being able to snack at our desks. Also, prepare to be micromanaged like crazy. Every single thing you do is monitored. Breaks are at a different time every day. The pay could also improve. Phone reps make the most and get the biggest bonuses, it makes the other departments feel less important, which is another reason why its so hard to keep people or hire new ones. Give more sufficient raises.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know what you think, and for your honesty. We're glad you appreciate the flexibility available to you and opportunities to continue education with our support. Rest assured that we take your comments seriously and want to work hard to improve turnover rates and empower our managers to build trusting relationships with those who they supervise.
