      No work life balance stay away!

      Pros

      Some great engineers who care about improving the company.

      Cons

      No work life balance you can get calls at any time of night and over the weekend and just expected to drop everything. They are slowly outsourcing much of the company offshore and forcing out US workers.

      We not only have great engineers, and a great IT team, we have great team members throughout the company. Certainly, some IT roles and projects can be more demanding than others. We appreciate your support during your time with us and can say that, contrary to your assessment, we have continued to build our IT team and hire some of the best engineers in any industry. Through their exemplary efforts, we recently launched Fusion – our AI-enhanced, proprietary customer marketing, sales and management database for our agents and advisors. It has rapidly become a major differentiator for Brightway, improving our customer service experience and supporting our continued growth.

      Pros

      Brightway Insurance is an incredible company that truly values collaboration. From leadership to every team member, there’s strong teamwork, open communication and support. It’s refreshing to be part of a company where colleagues uplift each other. If you’re looking for a workplace that thrives on teamwork and growth, Brightway is the place to be.

      Cons

      I have been very content since starting work at Brightway. Only cons are the multiple platforms that basically do the same thing and ability to locate policies and company forms.

If you're someone who thrives in an environment where you can drive change and see tangible results, this is a great place to be. The momentum is strong, and leadership is investing in modernizing systems, improving processes, and creating a more efficient and scalable operation. Things are getting better at an accelerating pace, which makes this an exciting time to be here.

      Cons

      With over a decade of legacy technology, there's a significant amount of modernization work to be done, which can sometimes feel daunting. Because there are so many areas for improvement, prioritization is a constant discussion. While these conversations are necessary and healthy, they can be frustrating when your perspective on what should be tackled next doesn't align with the broader business priorities.
