In a fast growing space, working in cutting edge areas. Recently had investment from Bain which helped raise profile of company.

Cons

Unprofessional CEO with a huge ego, passive aggressive culture starts from top, keep changing direction, everyone focused on pleasing CEO. Poorly defined solutions. HR & Finance inept. High attrition rate at the top.
