Pros
Literally none. The culture sucks, the pay sucks, leadership sucks. I guess they have nice health coverage but their 401k match sucks
Cons
This place is terrible. All this place cares about is growth. Growth for growth's sake. New logos. Screw people and culture. Screw career growth. They have a limit on how many people can be submitted for promotions. So instead of seeing all submissions and declining to promote or giving guidance as to what one needs to do to be promoted, they'll just tell managers they can't nominate x many people for a promotion and to decrease their year-end rating. They do that because they don't want to lose control of the "we're doing amazing" narrative they've built so that they can all get rich once they IPO They also know their reviews are so bad that they ask groups of people to come on here and leave them positive reviews. Then they ping you until you send them a screenshot
