Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working here.

Cons

Wannabe high tech company that doesn't do any high tech. Just another offshore sweatshop.

Pros

There are no pros working here.

Cons

Don’t believe any positive reviews on here. They’re either fake and pushed by management, or the employees are new and still believe the bs. The entire company lacks integrity. They brag about being owned by Bain Capital, but they do the exact same thing Bain does—acquires companies for the customer base and fires everyone. It doesn’t matter if you’re an expert in your field or if you work your behind off. They’re not interested in keeping any quality talent. If you’re new to the field and absolutely desperate for work, fine. But if you have the chance to go anywhere else, you should. There is no job security.

Sinking Ship with Oblivious Senior Leadership

Pros

I honestly have trouble coming up with many pros. They do allow for fully remote working for most of their positions with the option to be in the office if you are close to any of their brick n mortar locations.

Cons

Lack of guidance. Lack of communication from leadership about expectations. Non-existent HR support. If you are non-billable for a month, it's up to you to find a job within the company or you are given two weeks notice. The policies change without telling you. IT department acts very unprofessional and has little to no idea how to effectively manage remote employees and still let them achieve their job. Left hand and right hand want different things and don't talk to one another.
