Pros

Fast-paced, demanding work, but with a great support system. My co-workers are the best. The company tries their best to hear us when we have suggestions on anything. Benefits are really good and the hours are very flexible in my department.

Cons

Company is progressing fast, and that sometimes pushes demands on employees that are tough mentally and physically.

Pros

Job security, great benefits (401K, health care), good people to work around, looks good to other employers

Cons

Hard to move up, low paying even though they flaunt money, negative culture, clear and intentional divide between upper and lower levels.

Pros

You're able to learn a lot from the co-workers who have been in the industry for while through stories and lots of questions You can get access to certain industry events because you work in the "industry"

Cons

No room for growth unless someone leaves, is promoted, or fired. The pay isn't that great Certain departments are excluded from company events that you would think should included the entire company.
