Pros

Good benefits and 401K matching

Cons

Hires only people at the top and entry level college graduates for jobs in the U.S. The remaining 65-75% of jobs are outsourced overseas -- after people are forced to teach their jobs to overseas staff, of course.

Pros

They let you work from home occasionally and will order pizza or Chinese food when you are working a 16 hour day. Bathroom breaks are not timed.

Cons

Dreadful upper management, too many managers and directors, highly political, too many "silos" and absolutely no work/life balance. 24/7 70+ hour weeks are expected frequently. The Brentwood facility is awful with people literally working on top of each other in the hallways and it is located in a run down and overcrowded industrial park with a dilapidated infrastructure.
