Pros

Broadridge, while being a large company, has a small company mentality. Work life balance is incredible. My manager always has my back and in the 20 years I have been working, is the most concerned with my wellfare, both on the job and at home. Like any other place, there are great managers and not so great managers, so I guess some areas might not have as positive of an experience as I have had. My career and income has surpassed what I thought possible, and I guess you can say I am a 'cool aid' drinker. I really like my coworkers, I feel the company has my interests at heart and I am proud of the company I work for. Having a financial services job that does not require a commute into the city is golden. Company provides an on site doctor as well.

Cons

The medical benefits are good, not great for the money.
