      Pros

      - definitely good with work/life balance - great benefits - bosses a mainly cool and laid back - great place if you have interest in the financial industry but keep getting rejected by the bigger firms

      Cons

      - did not receive formal training for my job, the training had to come from another employee who was egotistic and very condescending (my manager saw this and did nothing about it) - managers know the financial industry but do not know how to manage people - you have to deal with a lot of nobody's who think they're somebody

      Pros

      This company does not have a cut throat mentality and this makes it easier to mingle and work with the associates in the company.

      Cons

      The company is very tight with their finances. Workers are not compensated financially or other ways for their long long hours. Weekend hours are mandatory and expected during busy season. Consulting and Full Time employee salaries are extremely low. Departments are not sensitive to employee requests.
