Pros

Competitive pay, very stable large company.

Cons

Huge over-focus on overseas technical workforce to lower operational costs with little consideration of negative impact to client or quality of service. Heavy male only senior leadership typical of wall street-centric organization. Poor player when handling acquisitions, over-focus on lowering costs and centralization vs continuing top service to client. Many positions are heavily siloed simply due to size. Little innovation or desire to innovate.
