Highly Stressful work environment, Management lacking in Managing professionals in some cases basic manners and courtesy.

Great push for employees to be trained, knowledgeable and skilled.

Cons

Many teams are understaffed with heavy workload. Work-life balance is ignored in some areas. Pay could match better with the market rates.
