      Pros

      Uber casual work environment, small office, know the entire staff

      Cons

      Ineffective senior leadership, no monitoring of employees work loads, 15% of the staff do all the work, but all get the same salary increases each year. Very bad influence on the moral of the office. Resources are stretched too thin to allow for real progress to be made on improving our clients experience always putting out fires.
