      Pros

      A lot of great people that are willing to help you learn and grow. Decent benefits. Great interdepatmental teamwork. Plesant atmosphere.

      Cons

      If you want to break into the finance world, this is a good place to start, but not a good place to stay. Pay is not on par with other institutions. Many promotions based on the Peter Principle.

      Work/Life Balance is great Work from home at least 1 day a week Pay is fair with merit increases and bonuses

      Cons

      Lack of good communication from upper management. At times progress is totally paralyzed by upper management not being involved and making key decisions.
