onboarding was easy and seamless

Cons

there is no formal training, no organization, no direction from leadership. Too many long hours are EXPECTED, not an option

Pros

Great company to start a career, friendly people, lots of ways to get involved, embraces new technologies

Cons

They do not treat high performers well - it's a fight for a basic cost of living raise despite high performance reviews, there are no process controls and no one wants to take responsibility for mistakes, management has no plan in place to get people back in the office (because they enjoy WFH) They shove DEI down your throat whether or not you agree

Over the past two years, we have realized the benefits of our largely remote workforce, including productivity increases. We have provided greater flexibility and better work-life balance to our associates and we have demonstrated our ability to continue delivering the highest service levels to our clients. This is our vision for the Connected Workplace—most of our workforce will be hybrid and spend their time working on-site for intentional, planned collaborative activities and off-site for their day-to-day responsibilities.
