-Free food is okay-ish. I brought my own anyways though. -Decent offices -Hybrid work model

Cons

-Team lead didn't seem to care much to introduce newer workers into the flow of things -Security access to various server is a complete mess and it took me forever to properly start working -The compensation for the amount of work is not very fair -Be ready to get into the swing of things by yourself

I've been working at Broadridge for 3+ years. It was my first job out of college. Instantly I noticed there are many avenues available within the company, if you decide you want to change things up and join a different team or learn about a different subsidiary of Broadridge, the resources are available. Everyone I've met/worked with during my time here have been helpful and always willing to lend a hand.
