Thank you for your feedback. Broadridge works hard to strike a balance between providing our associates with salary and benefits that are competitive with those offered in the marketplace and meeting our business needs and regulatory requirements. Our associates receive an attractive competitive total compensation package, which includes not only salary and health benefits, but also retirement and long-term incentives, a vacation flex plan, childcare back-up program and child daycare center discount, matching gift program, identity theft protection, and more. You can learn more about your total compensation on BR Central.
