Many dedicated, loyal, hard working people who go above & beyond to get the job done and keep the clients satisfied.

Cons

Lack of clear communication and coordination from the top levels when trying to change the company while at the same time trying to run the day to day business. Employees often feel the lack of support and appreciation for the additional work that's put in on a daily basis.

Encouraging, positive atmosphere from both same-level coworkers and upper management, growing company that keeps expanding, management will appreciate and honor you for your work

Cons

Not much opportunity for progression within the company, rather look to hire older experienced professional from outside than capable associates from within.
