Pros

I have worked at Broadridge for over ten years, both in Corporate Finance and now on the business side. I am more engaged today and excited about my future than ever before. Diversity of thought and culture is championed here - especially by the management teams I have worked with. You don't have to be the stereotypical conservative wall street-type to be recognized here. Passion, commitment, hard work and getting results are rewarded.

Cons

Some of the NY Metro offices need a serious update to get in to this Millennium.

Pros

People are nice and friendly. The office is pleasant to work in. Ability to work from home without limitations is a major plus.

Cons

Communication through the company could be better, things get lost in the shuffle.
