Pros

Flexible scheduling Good benefits Good manager in some departments Close to home

Cons

Low pay Favoritism People coming in after you receive more pay when you have more knowledge. (I guess this is economics) I think pay grades should be reviewed and if a person has knowledge and is beneficial to their team they should be paid accordingly. 3 % raises if you're lucky Some management doesn't communicate that well
