Pros

My manager and colleagues make me feel like my work really matters. Once given a task, I'm free to complete it in the way that makes the most sense to me. Within 6 weeks my manager was already asking me about what I wanted to do next at Broadridge. This company cares about its associates and it shows.

Cons

In many ways, the company still operates like a small business. It's lacking some basic internal infrastructure that you'd expect after 10 years as an independent company with 10000+ associates all over the world. Broadridge takes really, really great care of its clients' technology needs, but sometimes at the expense of its associates' needs. They're working on it, but change comes slowly.
