Eroding Confidence in Andover

Pros

Used to be client centric, progressive in thinking and adding products. Nearly cutting edge and lots to offer to clients which made the environment thrive for Sales, Client Services and Development. Salary is slightly above average and bonuses have paid and sometimes they are above what is expected.

Cons

I've been at the company 5+ years and have gone through the acquisition of NewRiver. After a few years, it has become more of an operation center with no focus on sales (since there isnt a sales team in Andover) and a lack of face to face interaction with clients since it is deemed as not important. Lack of confidence in current leadership and direction of the office. I would expect that the Andover location will be closed in less than 2 years. Lack of career development as well. Plenty of opportunity to expand role but that doesnt change your title and or salary very much

An emotionally and mentally abusive place to work

Pros

A lot of good people work there. The 401(k) is great and so are the generous benefits, including vacation time and sick time.

Cons

My position was unique in that I had an unstable manager. He was emotionally and mentally abusive and tolerated a work envirornment that included employees who threatened the saftey and lives of co-workers. Unfortunately, this "manager" was tolerated and protected by the upper echalons of the organization.
