      Broadridge preaches to be one of the Greatest Place To Work. Unfortunately it's not!

      Pros

      Work life balance is the best thing about Broadridge.

      Cons

      Wrong people in management roles. Management does not treat there employees well and this is found company wide. Greatest Places To Work does not exist within Broadridge. It's just for the public eye to make the company look good.

      work from home, people are nice to work with

      Cons

      use to be a great company to work for. over the last couple of years, not so much anymore. there is no work life balance, expect to be on call 24/7. no recognition for low level employees, management is just interested in themselves and their careers. promotions are hard to come by. stop sending jobs to india. pretty soon there won't be any more jobs in the US

      Pros

      Steady work and tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Dead end company with no room for growth. They won't let you jump too high of a pay grade even if you have a degree. They only allow a maximum 20% increase and that's if they even let you move up to a new position. Too much favoritism and disrespectful management. Hard working, educated and long-term employees aren't appeciated. Horrible culture, they have mastered the art of paying low wages to employees.
