Broadridge is known for being inclusive and diverse. This should be a baseline for all companies not an achievement.

Cons

No work life balance. Messy middle management. Low pay. If your company is going to be acquired by Broadridge, it's time to brush up that resume.

Better than average pay. The solutions they offer are unique in the market

Cons

Some of the pro are also their cons. Since their product offering is unique they take employees for granted. It is evident from high turnover. No true leadership at the top and people are always ready to their project managers and developers under the bus. If only there was a true competitor these people will go out of business. Outdated process and technology

salary is competitive, benefits are ok, a little on the pricey side

Cons

No work life balance at all. everything is a fire drill. It appears the culture is one where projects are given a deadline which makes no sense. Think long and hard before joining.
