Pros

- The people in the EDH were great to work with. - Wide variety of projects/software systems provides plenty of opportunity to expand you skill set and knowledge base.

Cons

- More work to do than people to do the work. - The company/department underwent several rounds of lay-offs and reorganizations which really hurt employee moral and forced already overworked employees to do more with less. - Opportunity was for growth was severely limited in the EDH facility as they looked to reduce the size of the work force. Promotions/raises were becoming exceedingly rare.
