The Associates really care about what the do and each other.

Cons

No Transparency, the Executives may know the goal, but nobody else does and any attempt to find out is met with stonewalling. I don't know about other divisions, but where I worked there was no way to advance unless you were on a favorites list. Ask what you need to do to advance and you will not get an answer.

Good location easy to travel to and from, work from home option is great! Company is growing incredibly fast, great place to start a career.

Cons

Poor Management throughout company. No growth opportunities and directions. Poor communication from upper management to staff. No motivation and culture is suffering.
