Pros

Work from home one day out of the week. Employees are approachable and some are willing to take out the time to teach you. There are training courses you can take for free Benefits are pretty good

Cons

Even though you get to work from home one day out of the week, upper management really frowns upon working remotely. Upper management are distant from their employees Never ending work given to you today that upper management wants done ... Yesterday! Hard to get upper managements attention when there is something important they need to approve or get done then you are blamed for not getting the work done in time. Old school work mentality. Hard to advance A lot of role shuffling

Pros

The benefits are pretty good, and the pay is decent for an entry level position. Decent WFH policy. You can do the bare minimum and achieve great work-life balance, or you can work long hours and people will notice--it's really up to you. They used to offer tuition reimbursement, and still might. Take advantage of it. People stay here for a long time, so they seem to be doing something right. Cafeteria at the time was subsidized, so was very cheap. That may have changed.

Cons

Management is mediocre and there is little opportunity to advance. There are a lot of office politics, and the most talented people aren't usually the ones who are rewarded. JSQ location is not great.

Pros

Pay is pretty good Predictable schedule Great location

Cons

Zero team atmosphere. Everyone's there for themselves. Help is a word looked at as "weak" here Office Space type personalities. People live to work here. No upward mobility and horrible 401K matching
