Layoffs, short staffed, no OT, burnout from extreme stress doing 3 peoples jobs, little appreciation from upper mgmt, impossible to meet expectations

When you join the team its like you are working with family. I love my team. This company use to be great and was very family orientated.

Cons

The higher ups dont like to listen to the people that work with clients one on one. They hardly give good raises. In the last 4 years I only got $1.25 even being the top designer. Since covid, mental health has been an issue with the team and they refuse to hire people to help with the work load. Use to love working for the place but lately feel like its going down hill fast.
