      Pros

      Broadridge, as a majority, has a great culture; there are strict ethical guidelines, clear reporting framework, and fun team building activities. I've found the people there to be flexible, accommodating and mostly fair.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there are some little things that stack up. BR has a hard time retaining good talent as the org takes a long time to offer competitive compensation. BR also has muddy waters with some employees blatantly not pulling their weight and managers failing to rectify any issues. This makes the busy, competent people feel taken advantage of, restless, and then looking to leave for fairer working conditions.

      Layoffs are happening again at Broadridge. They seem to be doing this more and more frequently.

      Cons

      If you are 50 or older, you are probably on a list somewhere. Unless you are in senior management.
