Pros

The people, and work from home flexibility.

Cons

Having to work with limited to no systems resources. Legacy platforms of which none communicate or work with one another. Mismanagement which has led to mass layoffs over the past 5 years; a continuous exercise in 'robbing Peter to pay Paul,' cutting labor cost to reallocate resources to "improve" the business.

Pros

Broadridge has a near monopoly so its easy to have 'loyal' clients when there is no competition.

Cons

Newer management is solely focused on numbers as they all come from consulting firms. There is no more focus on servicing clients or providing career path opportunities for employees.
